Any cancellation made within two hours of payment. No refund shall be made for incorrect data provided by the customer. However one can send correct information within two hour of order. Once the report is delivered to the customer no refund shall be made. In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded
How to raise dispute for an order?
Customer need to register dispute by sending email to care@jyotishgher.in with images of broken/defective/damaged products within two working days of delivery. All products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills or labels. Please mention your order number in the email. After we reviews your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow us three days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item. We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.
What to do if Jyotishgher is not responding to the dispute?
We respect brands and their reputation in the market. All the reviews and opinions are based on our experiences and our individual opinions. We post unbiased posts and reviews. Everything we post related to any brand or company is for educational purposes only.
When will I be refunded?
We can refund you when the product will be delivered to us. Remember that items have to be returned to us directly by you. Once received, we will credit the amount back to you within 7 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). However the same is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/payment gateway. All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by jyotishgher.in in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable. However, no recovery of above mentioned shall be made if refund is due to damaged/defective/ broken product.
